Vocal Energetics is a somatic approach to the voice, where singing technique meets improvised circle singing, toning, breathwork and creative self-exploration. Together we use sound and movement to release tension, reconnect voice and body, and open up to your natural, authentic expression. No singing experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to make sound.
